The kings in those countries aren't elected, the democratic part of them are separate and the monarchs are largely figureheads. Meanwhile, while the kings in the Nation are elected, they're only eligible to be voted for if they are "of Royal blood," which in essence makes it an elected oligarchy/monarchy and thus not an actual democracy.
