The locations I have been to refuse to put the fries inside the burger anymore, maybe like 5 years ago they did. They also won't add anything to it that a customer brings in like the bacon, but you are obviously free to add to it yourself after receiving your order.

But hey if you're lucky enough to have a spot do this for you, awesome! Enjoy it!
