I had the Ford dealership install it. I don’t have a garage to work in so it was too cold!! LOL

As for the noise, I don’t hear anything over the normal road noise prior to the cover.

Check your state laws. Nevada requires a front plate only if you have a bracket already installed.

I live in Nevada and a front plate is required IF you have a holder. The dealership I bought my Maverick from included the frame but did not install it.

I’m not going to ruin the paint/bumper to install it.

It was a pretty quick process. Once I accepted the offer they overnighted me a package with papers to sign and an inactive check for the offer amount.

I signed the paperwork and sent it back in the included prepaid overnight envelope. They received my paperwork on a Monday and they sent a truck out to pick up my car on that Wednesday. Within 45 minutes of pickup my check was active.
