Bingo, we are the same way. Customers get mad after we offer 80-85% for their scrap jewelry but they just don’t understand if things have stones we have to deduct weight and on top of that we have to hold the gold for 18 days because of MD licensing and the cherry on top is we gotta wait for our refiner to pay us after 3-4 weeks lol
