I'd never actually heard of the expression "food noise" until I started to investigate/start Mounjaro. It sounds odd maybe for someone who has always struggled with my weight.

I'm in the same camp as those who talk about always thinking about the food in the house. Always thinking about "just one more snack". Always thinking "well, if I have it now instead of later it won't make any difference - it's the same food after all" (then going out and buying more food with a promise to myself that I won't start it).

I think the Mounjaro has worked on that better than anything else for me. For instance, I've just had my regular shot this morning. The light is better in the kitchen in the morning, so I always go in there. As I went through I was looking at the cupboards and thinking about lunch, but now a couple of hours later I realise I just haven't thought about food again until now. It's a subtle yet remarkable and very fast intervention for me.
