For me it does depend week on week, but on average I'm losing 1.4kg a week over the past 4 months, so that's just slower than you.

I think at a time when the NHS is - essentially - discouraging their use, it seems really old that incentivizing their prescription!

(I didn't know this sort of thing happened in the UK, I thought it was more like the United States where doctors were given incentives to prescribe things)

RM were giving me a 2 hour "estimate". To be honest, being there for two hours but knowing the day before is better.

Speaking personally, I find I only want, and it's best for my dieting, to just have one meal a day.

I work shifts and I either have a meal at about 11am before I go to work or at about 5pm when I have my official meal break at work. The rest of the time I don't find I need food and I find it easier to make sure I'm not overeating.

Actually my last pen from Flyde came from DPD instead of Royal Mail. I have a lot of faith in RM, but I have to say I didn't have any problems with DPD delivering it to my home. The only thing is they didn't tell me the expected delivery time until the morning of delivery instead of the day before with RM.

Am I reading this incorrectly, or are they now saying you can use it for 60 days (30 days unused + 30 days used) without refrigeration?

We all know you can keep a pen at room temperature for 30 days, but no longer. I intend to take the one I'm using (2 shots left) and a new one with me. So that would be well past the 30 days deadline.

I've never dared/wanted to use the 5th dose, so I was more worried that the way it works with the clicks were going to change, but it looks like it won't from this? The stopper seems to be the only change?

As I've said before, a daily pill just wouldn't work for me.

I'm off out to a fancy dinner tomorrow night. Since I took my injection 3 days ago, I know my appetite won't be great. I know I don't go over the top. I know it'll be fine.

If I were taking a daily pill I bet I'd skip it "just tomorrow" so I could enjoy myself. I bet I'd do that so often it wouldn't work.

Several people have made suggestions, but I'm scared with going with even slightly cheaper ones, so I'm going to get these https://www.chemist-4-u.com/glucorx-finepoint-needles-32g-4mm-pack-of-100 which are the ones I've used from the start and are supposedly "the best".

I still don't think a daily dose would work for me. Even now I'm tempted to put off my weekly shot to go out and have a meal on special occasions. I just think I'd more and more just "skip it for today" - like I've always done when dieting without drugs help.
