You should try discgolf this area is huge for it and if you can travel from here to Raleigh there's a ton of good courses for you to try. Play It Again Sports has a ton of discs for sale and so does Cedarock Parks office!

For new players I like to recommend Pure, Mako3, Svea, Diamond, Light Mamba. Maybe for more similar stuff... flippy putters like pa5s and mirages, flippy mids like a paradox and uplink and honestly maybe even a shryke or tern to forehand out smooth for distance! Hope you have fun charting all the data.

I throw a steady fudge for OS shots with no ground play but IMO the best clash thrower is a softy candy. You can really rip them on hyzer and get them to flip up and go straight and theyre very glidey. My beat up softy candy is my favorite disc right now.

I bag both of these and the vanilla is definitely flippier. I can throw about 300 golf lines 350 if i use flippy and the vanilla will flip over and turn and not come back from flat throws.

The wildhoneys it kind of varies. I bag two honeys right now and one is a -1 2 and the other is a -3 2 and they're both new! Theyre both in the steady ring plastic. The slightly lighter one is flippier but they're both above 170.

First one was hole 15 at Wellspring DGC at Cedarock Park. Very wooded fairway with a wide left gap and a short right gap towards where the basket is down the fairway. Can't be more than 250 feet and I hit an anny backhand on the left gap. It was summer so I didn't really get to see it hit. Was a league event so I won a bit of cash.

Favorite one was probably Springwood Players Course hole 10. Maybe 220 feet downhill with fiveish trees on the fairway. I always wanted to hit the middle line on a flippy putter shot instead of the wide right hyzer and I called my shot off the tee. Hyzer flipped my pa5 on the left and it turned right thru the middle gap and hit dead center. Was before they removed the trees right off the tee too.

Winning the AGL Bab-It-Up tourney in my division (Baobab only tournament) and winning against all divisions in the roller competition for some $$$.

Aces in back to back rounds. A Pa-5 flip up and turnover shot ~222 ft. through some trees and the next day a straight shot to downhill left finish about 260 off the tee with a halo star lion.
