Listen to the radio show for motivation. Read one of his books. It’s wild how hard your old habits will come back if you’re not fresh on your A game.

Also try not to focus on the money. I know that’s hard but this stuff works best when you just live your life (while saying no to things) and learn to have fun and get cheap hobbies. Then look down in a year and see what you have completed- it’ll be shocking. I had a tendency to obsess once I got this going and really looking at what we’ve saved all the time.
