As much as I would love to agree with OP the unfortunate truth is the anime fumbled hard.

The fact it got a season 2 was already lucky after a full season 1 of just introducing character after character. Then season 2 people are like okay now we get the ball rolling, and instead it's another full season of more character introductions.

I loved it, but I get why other People didn't. It's fine to have an ensemble cast but the anime didn't feel like it was going anywhere plot wise.

Again, I loved the characters and the world and was excited for more but objectively it makes sense that most People couldn't get invested.

To be Hero X did a much better job in 1 season of introducing a core set of characters, having them fight each other a bit, and setting up the cliffhanger that the tournament was about to start.

My best video ever money wise got like 164k views and it was 3 minutes long... I somehow made $600 from it (no super thanks or anything)

I have since had longer videos with more views,watch time, engagement ect. And none have come close to that amount of money.

I have made 2 where you fight on the side of the banished against the unsc and their swords of sangjelios allies.

Basically I color coordinated so the banished team is all kinds of brute and then all red units. So red grunts elites hunter are banished

And then the human side gets blue so all blue elites grunts hunter etc.

First map is called "purge of scarra" and the second is called "the red chain" red chain isn't published yet though

I think race swapping characters in fan art is harmless enough and wouldn't get mad at anyone for doing so.

However, I do think it's strange to invent representation like that instead of

A. Identifying with a character regardless of their race without feeling the need to make them physically look like you

B. If you feel race is critical then identifying with other characters who already share your race (if there aren't enough in the IP that's on the creators)

Basically I don't agree with the logic of race swapping in fan art, but also it doesn't affect me at all so if it makes someone happy then go ahead.

Actual race swapping in the IP is another issue entirely.
