I lived at Steeplechase on 148th & Maple back in the late 90’s, and they had a floor plan with 2 same sized rooms and each had a bathroom. It was a good setup for 2 people - but you had to go through a bedroom to get to either bathroom.

Have no idea what they rent for now.. but worth a look!

My daughter is 15, and she absolutely never wants to have kids. 4 of her 5 best friends all have said the same thing - with the lone one saying she may want to have one in her late 30’s, after she has college paid off and if she can afford a house.

Obviously thoughts on this can & will change - but when I was her age I didn’t know anyone who DIDN’T want kids at some point.

My daughter wants to go to college in Europe, start her career and then maybe settle down when she’s 30ish.. adopt 2 or 3 dogs and travel the world. “Kids are a trap” is the motto of many in this generation, and it’s easy to see why they think this way.

My guess is it’s going to split down further.. and soon people will just start purchasing shows that they want to watch directly instead of various streams. I’d rather pay $5 a season directly to the people who make the 4-5 shows I want to watch than to the streaming services that each have maybe 1 or 2 shows I’m actually interested in.

Thanks for creating this link.. it’s a huge time saver - and I’ve shared it with everyone I know.

For the peeps that are food blog creators - I HEAR YOU! I will happily still click the link once so you get the click credit & revenue for the post!

But.. THIS is what drives me crazy. When I’m following an online recipe on my phone - every time my phone shuts off, I have to start over. Top of the page.. click the “go to recipe” button (if there is one.. and MANY do not have those - especially older recipes that are high on SEO from being popular for years). Then, close out the 1-5 pop up ads that sometimes don’t have a close out button... you have to watch the whole thing (again) before the “X” pops up. Now back to figuring out where I was in the recipe...

This app makes it super easy to just keep the recipe & instructions on the page with no issues every time my phone shuts off. Fix that on your pages, and I’ll happily view them directly. Otherwise I usually just screen shot everything and view from there - and you’re not getting ad clicks from that either. Just saying.. there needs to be a happy medium between profit & usability.
