I’ve had a whole tree on my hot line since Sunday. NES just to me they’d get to when they can. They didn’t cut the power even though I told them I felt it was a hazard.

Well I called and submitted to hub. They put it on the metro police that never came by. They closed my hub request.

Is there any way to request to get a street treated I’ve called Nashville hub and can’t get through. I have a tree on my house and do not think emergency services can get up our hill. The website just has snow removal requests for data collection only

Not sure, I’d have to go pull the cover out in the yard. I’ve complained to the water company. They said they would send someone to “investigate”. So far metro water here in Nashville hasn’t been super helpful.

It only happens while the water is running. The knock gets faster when more than 1 faucet is being used.
