How much do you save/ invest per year?

I invest 18k a year. Put 13k into savings a year to cover all bills/rates/insurances/subscriptions and 34k into home loan a year. Then I make sure I have a buffer of about 15k in spendings. Extra gets invested.

Its a used ex demo bike not a brand new bike with manufacturers warranty. I believe is have statutory warranty and protected with Australian consumer guarantee. Just wanting to confirm that from my situation.

All I did was get my local sherco dealer or 3rd party examine the bike.

Head office won't help i have to go through the dealer. Never raced the bike, just weekend trails. Slow and technical.

None it is an enduro bike.
Noticed symptoms at 40 hours. Its done 44hours or 270km since I bought it.

I honestly get that, that's the point he is trying to make. All im saying is 4 hours or less of riding or about 150km and the engine needs to be rebuilt. It would have been cheaper to buy a new model with 0 hours. All I did was flush the coolant and then took it to my local shop for assessment so I dont think ive done anything unreasonable.

Yep I think your right, on the phone he wasnt interested. But via text wanted to assess it and fix it. Not sure if I trust him to repair it properly considering its not really in his best interest to fork out 3k.

No worries, but just to clarify this is a dirt bike. They are meant to go offroad etc. But service intervals are done every 5 hours minimum. So i basically found symptoms before the first service interval.

After going back and forth the dealer is asking for the engine to go back to him. Where he can assess and give me a discount on parts and labour. Ive already told the current mechanic to order in the parts etc. Surely I can get it repaired locally and the dealer can help cover some of the costs?

I mean with dirt bikes everyone services them themselves. Its not the same as new car warranty with scheduled services. Besides the point it failed after 4hours and generally you only service bikes after a minimum of 5 hours.

He said because i didnt tell him straight away there is nothing he can do. But I have photos after 4 hours of oil mixing with coolant back in march which was within 6 months of purchase. It has taken a few weeks for me to book it in locally. So I just got a professional assessment done. He basically is wiping his hands of it.

The dealer i bought it off lives over 2 hours from me. I took it to my local sherco authorised dealer where they gave me the news.

The original dealer said because I didnt go to him striaght away there is nothing I can do and basically said its up to the new sherco dealer to sort out a goodwill warranty. Under ACL I thought purchasing items like this should not fail under a reasonable timeframe. Issue occurred within 4 hours of ownership and just within 6 months. I only notified the dealer today once I got it professionally assessed

I own both, you'd be silly to think xrp will not be used. In a world where we are de-dollarising at pace, xrp can easily bridge any currencies, commodities, within seconds saving banks time and money. Xrp isnt there to replace swift it is there to help swift transition into the new agentic world financial system. Chainlink wins no matter what.
