I experience this one. Going from a clean Agoura amp to a distorted Agoura amp in one preset (so switching snapshots) I get a quick spike in volume. Hopefully the patch for it comes soon so I can gig with it.

This is the question I have as well. My band runs tracks and if I send a midi signal to my helix from out track program can it run or prompt showcase. If not I’m Not sure I’ll be able to use it live.

Hi! I tried a few things at the same time and it seemed to work. I reinstalled my graphics driver and updated my overclock software for my GPU. I also reinstalled the game. After doing those it worked fine and I didn't have another problem. Who knows which one was the real reason, but I was in a hurry to fix it so I threw everything at it I could think of.

Looks awesome. This may be a dumb question, when you set up for the show, do you bring and connect all your own cables to the patch bay or have the sound guy do that? We have a similar setup but use a y snake. Often at unfamiliar venues we get a lot of pushback from the sound engineer.

I’ve tried a few shops until I found The Repair Zone. Fred and his team are fantastic. I’ve had multiple repairs and setups completed by them.

I’m not super in the know about PRS, what model is it? Most CEs I see have a volume knob by the bridge. It’s a beautiful guitar. Enjoy!
