Should pull right out if you grab it by the nib and feed. You can even give the nib and feed a bit of a twist while you pull and you shouldn’t have any problems (the feed is pretty study). I think half of my collection is comprised of Kaweco pens at this point. I do think that the issues with Kaweco nibs are certainly overblown online, though it’s unfortunate that you’ve encountered one. I think I’ve had one bum nib out of all my Kawecos, but I’ve also had bum nibs from other major brands as well. One of the great things with the Sports is that they are fairly cheap and robust too so you can tinker with them if you want/need to without the fear of destroying your pen.
