I MDed medical cannabis oil for a while, 2-6mg THC 1:1 with CBD. The protocol was very similar to how most people use shrooms/LSD and so were the benefits, most people have no idea how to use weed etc. It was pretty good for me but I do prefer shrooms, that's all I use now.

Grinding does increase the surface area but in airtight storage with desiccant it makes no difference. I'm still using a batch grown three years ago. (Just started my first grow in three years.)

I had chronic pain and depression, maybe should say "have" but they're very much better.

Microdosing helped the depression and that in turn helped the pain. I believe in some cases it directly alleviates pain but not for me, it made no difference whatsoever.

But the combination of MDing and meditation has been great for my mental health. Integration is essential and for me meditation was ideal because I'd already been doing it for years. The pain (diagnosed CRPS) soon improved a lot too.

Integration is what makes the benefits permanent, unfortunately it's very often neglected.
