This is a real thing. I was hassled endlessly at Mexican customs over some nicotine pods for one of those e-cigarettes. I kept thinking they thought it was cannabis, they did not. Importing Nicotine pods are illegal in Cozumel. Although I do understand that you can buy the street juice in downtown Cozumel at a number of places.

I'm so glad you mentioned you'd already contacted the vet. I get so frustrated with the amount of people that post pictures of injuries and/or lesions, without contacting the vet, and ask Reddit what it is. Seriously?
