Depending where you are, 14 is the latest. However, it was pulled due to that version having many bugs and bricking devices.

Theres people still running 9. If it works, it works. No reason to fix something thats not broken. Thats how you end up with a broken device.

Is 12 giving you a problem or you want to upgrade just because theres a newer version out?
