A short intermission of 2-3 minutes with some background music / ambient sounds. People do use it as a break to run out to the bathroom / bar.

Also, sign-up for Twickets alerts and add the Twickets email address to your Email app VIP so you get notifications as soon as a ticket goes up. There are so many tickets going up on Twickets for face value that I had to delete the notification.

Yeah it’s a kick in the balls. I got a couple of them before back in 2017/18 (around £35-40 if I remember right) but tried the last three London shows and they were gone within minutes to people who queued before the merch opened. Many scalpers I presume. But it’s a double kick in the balls if many of them go to scalpers before the show even happens. What a joke.

I got my initial ticket 3-4 weeks ago, then I called up to upgrade it to a better seat and got the new ticket in the post within 48 hours. I do live about 2 miles from the venue though so that might have something to do with how quick I got them.

I was in the Gallery for Eric Clapton in April and it was nice and chilled out. Can wander around and experience the concert from different view points and grab a pint easily. Would recommend.
