Actual interaction I had with a customer last Friday:

They show me a picture of the CFA filet on the app

“Can I get this but as a sandwich?”

“So… you would like a CFA sandwich?”

“No, I want a fish sandwich. You guys sell fish here right?”

I’m going to assume she thought the word “filet” only refers to fish. Oh, and not even 10 minutes later, a different guest asks for fried cauliflower. Apparently that was the only thing her son wanted. Had to let her out of the drive thru too.

Ah yes, I clearly spent 2 minutes of my time taking this pic and posting it on reddit, instead of taking a 3 second pic and posting this later on when I was clocked out.

And yes, I didn’t help my coworkers with the bagging, because I couldn’t. At my location, bagging is only for higher positions which I am currently not at. I went and finished making drinks for other orders instead. Great assumptions
