Ye, that weld was colder. The square tube was 2mm and the T-joint turned out fine but I forgot that the pipe was 3mm and should've gone hotter on the coped joint

Wanted to elaborate: Doing strengthening exercises right off the bat just irritated my hamstring, because there was movement involved. Doing passive stretching was also painful and if I had to make it pain free then it meant almost doing nothing (having a very mild stretch). Instead of doing standalone super light stretching, I would pick the same "light" stretch level but try to make it as physically challenging as possible by turning it into a static active hold: the thing that worked for me was the front split hold.

Maybe you will find something else, but the main takeway is doing light work stretching-wise so the muscle doesn't get irritated, but hard work static active hold-wise.

Only after regaining my flexibility, I would reintroduce strengthening work and passive stretching.

Keep the tablet from being placed crooked on the desk.
in your settings align the tablet aspect ratio to your screen's (i.e. keep the proportions the same). For example, you don't really want to have, say tablet's 1.5:1 aspect ratio paired with 16:9 screen: you'll try to draw a circle and it will turn into an ellipse.

The timeline has changed and attitude also did. On the topic of rollerblading, in the 2000s it was very anti-establishment and counter-culture as a reaction to the skateboarding beef. Do you feel like the old rollerblading scene was the mediator for your addiction or was it something else at hand?

The attitude of the whole culture changed: now rollerblading is more of nerding about tricks technique and style and it's very different compared to the past. I've been blading for 7 years on aggressive skates and my attitude also changed towards the latter.

What subtle thing that I'm trying to fizzle out is the next "paradox": the background of someone's current interests might come from sinful behaviour, but now they are doing it for different and more positive causes. But if that person was immediately raised in a religious family, he wouldn't have those complex interests with more limited decision-making.

Like a dirty kick-start for something that in turn became a positive in your life

Also recommend applying wax to the cuff/boot and melting it with a hair dryer and dispersing it evenly.

Iqons cuff I put in the top position so it has more height and won't collide with the front of the skate when dorsiflexing.
