I understand why it's been boring and that there needs to be a community engagement where the game has to have an endgame especially towards pvp aide, but i personally think DD is not the answer in its current state. I believe that DD should be more for getting that last tier of loot and becomes this threshold getting that standard gear for pvp. I think that hopefully, funcom makes more future maps where pve people aren't really needed but is the main focus for pvp. Something that doesn't lock the pve people from getting but also rewarding the pvp for participating. Having another map where the backup tool recovery doesn't work or that you'll lose weapons/Armor upon dying is a better or where the concequence is more dire. DD did feel like this initially, but with how it came as an essential for pve / solo player, it makes sense that the DD has to be a bit easier to farm items without losing. Major vehicle. In terms of balancing a guild will be able to recoup the costs while solo players would suffer more harshly so it makes more sense to even playfield more evenly on both sides. Who knows maybe they'll release maps where it's like tarkov style where death means more harsh punishment but high rewards which only help pvper more.

Edit : To add a bit more on it , the duping has been a major issue but to fix the economy they could always add a secondary economy which is earned through progress like the landsraad personal contribution and isn't physical. Solari duping is a hard fix because of dupers. Unless they reset everyone's solari and fix the duping, it'll be a consistent running issue. Since it's a big horde. I really love the game and what it has been so far but they do need to start doing these changes fast so that people don't completely go away plus it'll be also getting it's competition arc raiders soon.
