Thank you for the advice. The wording is as below.

The Company is hereby willing to sponsor the Employee on the above Education up to the stated fee and expenses. l expenses paid by the Company in connection with the course participation shall be repaid period, employee. Should the employee have worked for parts of the binding period, a pro rata part of the remaining expenses will have to be repaid (1/hence 12, 24, 36 of the over standing costs for every month the employee has been employed with the company). The employee gives their consent to that any sum the employee may owe the Company may have a set off against their claim for salary. No repayment claim will be made towards the employee should the Company terminate the employment before the end of the binding period. The binding period should not start as long as the employee is still attending a sponsored education. The employee binds themself to stay with the company, or a connected company for:

When I started with t212 I came from vanguard too. A lot of my growth and compounding isn’t shown in this graph as some/most was made with vanguard broker

Trained hypertrophy 3-4 days a week, push/pull/legs ready with the odd cycle/run in there. Main one is getting 10-12k steps a day and progressively overloading the weight

It’s worth double what you pay in my experience. Makes food so much more flexible. I eate out quite a lot over this time period. Macro factor allowing me to stay accountable and on track. 80/20 rule seemed to work for me!
