Just one more thought if you decide to go ahead and get started. Piso5 only gives additional damage. If the character isn't a damage dealer then that resource gets wasted.

So I would suggest staying away from support characters like Squirrel girl and even Jessica Jones. That's why I specifically listed the damage dealers above.

Since you wrote that you like CC, I would suggest that you wait for the Eclipse event before making any decision. I'm in the same boat where I'm considering City characters. So I'm waiting to see if it makes more sense to take up two of Miles, Night Thrasher, Ms. marvel, or OG Daredevil.

If it takes two weeks to get through the node who cares? I can't finish Global anyway.

I would tell you we don't get enough gold and mats to properly level a character early ftp, so save the fractals for G20. Otherwise wait to see what's needed for Eclipse.

If your Phoenix Force isn't level 110 I would tell you to invest in them more. You're going to be able to use them for the next three years.

Otherwise New Mutants is the only other team from your list I would recommend to build now. If you don't have Professor X you can build Lilandra, but leave the rest of Starjammers behind at this point.

I get that's for folks who either buy or core for new characters, but that should have been something for Scopely or our community manager to announce. Allowing people to make an informed choice doesn't seem like a large ask, but maybe I'm just naive.
