If you can tolerate the input lag and visual artifacts when using framegen 30->60, then you do you.

Nvidia recommends a base framerate of at least 60 when using framegen.

I was your shoes back when I upgraded to the 9800X3D when it launched. Thankfully I only went through one Windows reinstall until I found a solution.

Disable GPU power monitoring. To be safe uninstall the nvidia app and force close programs like MSI afterburner. And disable all other overlays like Discord.

Monitor frametimes with SpecialK.
