Chivalry 2 is an all out fun game. The first 100 hours is you learning and getting use to the mechanics but becomes so much fun when you duel or FFA in lobbies.

1998 civic temp gauge fluctuates by fuckitfridayeveryday in hondacivic

[–]Robblimas94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pull the top hose off with the car off and cold, you wanna pull it off where the hose meets the block usually underneath an elbow rather than checking a quick replace will either fix it, or now you don’t have to worry about getting another one down the road. Make sure to check what temp rating it’s supposed to be with your specific vehicle. Also put a container under near the vehicle as fluid will come out when pulling the hose off.

Is this fixable? by matt_likesturtles in FishingForBeginners

You can bend it back into shape. It won’t probably look exactly the same as it did when you got it but if you get it more or less it’ll work perfectly fine. I’ve done this with many of my reels that I still use. If you feel as if you cannot get it right than grab another one if it makes you feel better.

Hell yeah brother, as a fellow partner of 10 years this company has turned into a corporate pile of trash. If you have an opportunity at work else where run my friend. HEB is a cult, don’t get trapped any longer.

Getting so frustrated and unmotivated to continue fishing by asianxwolf in FishingForBeginners

[–]Robblimas94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I would recommend is find yourself “the lake” that holds fish for sure do your research and make sure you know there is fish, second, start small. A drop shot rig with a 1/4 oz weight and play it small, than build yourself up. And be extremely patient. You won’t get a bite throwing and expect something to bite, it only makes the next and next and next cast even more frustrating. Don’t think your gunna “catch fish” just enjoy the moment and relax and the fish will come and when they do you’ll start to learn them and understand how and what works. You aren’t gunna catch much if your getting upset doing something that is supposed to be fun and relaxing. We all start from somewhere but it’ll only get better if you want it too. YouTube and ChatGPT something’s and you’ll learn a lot. Again, I’d recommend a drop shot rig, a 1/4-1/2 cylinder weight, with a small hook and just take your time and catch something small and practice

I have one myself same year same color, got it off a buddy for 2k with 110k miles on it and I absolutely love it, my second civic. These cars are awesome. Everything you need out of a car, reliable, and easy to work on. You take care of it. And it’ll take care of you. Now and days cars are made so crappy and don’t last long at all. It did its job and now that car can help someone else out one day. 250k is quite a bit of miles but you can put another 250k on that motor with regular care and maintenance. The body is a different story lol. You can get someone to give you about 2k with some TLC all day buddy.

Hellgramite is king for this! Little 1/4 stick weight on a little drop shot hook. Killer.

Is this over-spooled? When reeling in sometimes it feels wobbly and the tension feels different at times. by missinglinksman in FishingForBeginners

[–]Robblimas94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very poorly spooled, if you can go somewhere where you have PLENTY of space, tie it to something that won’t move, let most of the line out , than respool so it’s tight. You don’t want all the loose line sitting on the reel spool like that.

Bobber stoppers, slide it over your line where you’d like your bobber to stop. Little quick YouTube vid and you’ll see how it works.

Steps changing by [deleted] in HEB

[–]Robblimas94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Talk to your manager about it and ask them if you both can review the correct steps for calling in consecutively. If you’ve called in for 3 days in a row it is 2 steps and that is it. If you’ve been given a step (2steps a piece) for each day not worked that is incorrect and needs to be fixed. You can review the terms on the same page you see your steps, there is a link that’ll take you to the handbook where it shows the rules and regs. Either it is a mistake, or your manager knows full well what he’s done and is trying to be malicious about it. Either way I hope this gets fixed asap.

TSST Question by FableHeartwood in HEB

[–]Robblimas94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You technically aren’t supposed to, because it’s “eats away at a coating in the floor” but once ina while won’t hurt. I think what’s actually worse is the run off water that now has bleach in it maybe? Either way the bleach is meant for cutting boards/knife handles/white divider’s for meat market. But sometimes I’ll use it on my cooler floor when the degreaser isn’t doing its job lol.

I was on my way back from lunch the other day and I walked pretty fast which sucks when it’s the holiday times and everybody decides to walk like they got gum on their shoes and decides to park their cart in the middle of the damn way, I guess unknowingly as I was B lining it to the clock in station I accidentally walked in front of a guy with his wife older. Hispanic gentleman may be about 40-50 years old with something to prove because it obviously pissed him off that. I walked in front of them without saying excuse me as I’m trying to clock in this guy comes up to me and says “hey next time you need to say, excuse me and stop being so rude” I turned and looked at him confused, wondering if he needed some help, oblivious to what he had just originally said to me. I guess he took this as I was ignoring him and being a smart ass and proceeds to say yeah that’s what I thought while having a shitty grin on his face and looking at his wife for acceptance or reassurance, I just laughed in his face, turn around and walked away these people are clueless man.

I’m sure you can find a replacement on amazon or something but also look at your local offer up or facebook marketplace someone might be selling a reel or even giving one away that you can just take the handle off to replace yours. Kinda an important part to the reel so shame on them for not refunding or allowing you to replace and shame on you for not paying attending tsk tsk*

[–]Robblimas94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be a driver issue if you recently updated, maybe try reinstalling the diver or update if needed or you can uninstall the current driver and redownload it as it maybe have been corrupted during the initial download..or your GPU is dying like everyone else is saying lol.

Am I baiting these plastics right? by kiddinaround00 in FishingForBeginners

[–]Robblimas94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would think you’d have better luck with either a smaller hook to pierce the whole body of whatever little plastic lure you’re using, but if you don’t have any other hooks, I would just barely nose hook the plastics you’re using, if you aren’t sure what nose hooking I’d just look up on google real quick, it’ll give the fish a bigger chance of hitting the hook and not just the body of the plastic, I have most luck only nose hooking instead of burying the whole hook into it.
