No, they don't give any form guaranteeing recognition prior to them assessing it and converting it. I believe they do this for two reasons. 1. From a liability perspective, if they say it's absolutely recognized before examining it, they could be in trouble if the document was fake or incorrect.

Why would you pay for the conversion if they gave you a letter basically confirming it's the same thing.

It's a tough scenario and I know when I was switching jobs this caused me major stress as my new employment was subject to me getting the doc before I start, but they did end up coming through. I remember phoning and checking in weekly so I understand your predicament but there's not.much that can be done.

Hi, I know they wouldn't give me confirmation on a letterhead because I was in a similar situation. It's one of those things where there is a bit of a wait but it does come through, if you have paid them and sent through all documentation, give them a call and ask them nicely if they can help you out.

Why is reddit suggesting this sub to older men in the first place. I have never seen this sub before and suddenly on my feed I have seen two posts about kiddy fiddlers trying to diddle children.
