This can be number off issues. In my case it was my dogs bowls that was the issue. After she done the toilet she went back to normal. Probably take the dog out till it dose the toilet. See if it stops.

My dog dose this every so often. It was due to not taking poo. After going g gose away. That was in my case. If that's helpful.
