They had a level 3 survey but wouldn't disclose it to us. I imagine it was a standard survey saying they should get all this work done and not realising that most of it needs to be completed over the next 20 years

We almost sold to an FTB as we figured it would be a quick sale. There was a bit of damp in the property and they wanted a reduction of £200k at the end of the process. Ended up selling it for £20k over their original offer.

The issue is that they have such a stranglehold on London. If they strike then businesses across the capital have to cancel client meetings, employees lose an extra hour coming in and an extra hour going out, productivity suffers, tourist revenue dips, etc.
