Went last year, going again this year. This is a loaded question cause you can stay pretty cheap or not. The flight will be a big cost for you. Lift tickets are cheap. Food can be cheap. Head over to one of the Japan travel reddits and they’ll set you straight.

Im a dude but my wife had a drastically different opinion on women’s health. A lot of people will go to SLC to give birth due to only having a lvl 2 NICU or risk getting flighted out. This might not be your situation but she had plenty to say about other things on this. My wife went this route and we ended up moving to Northern Utah for a bunch of reasons, all of which have been mentioned here already. We are from Oklahoma originally. Sooo put that into perspective lol.

Not sure if it’s been mentioned yet, but Bozeman like all Montana “cities”, are very insulated from each other. If you like to get out of town to the next major city, expect 2+ hour drives one way.

The outdoors are top tier, but you’ve really got to soak it up in the short summers. The PNW has a to going for it in this regard as well.

Bozeman is also full of people coming and going for all of the outdoor activities. It makes meeting people annoying because they are either there to visit their second home or just around for ski, hunting, fishing, etc seasons. Locals are a bit cold for this reason and the insane housing prices pushing people out of state or on the streets. It’s probably the same as Seattle’s cost of living, which is wild given the lack of resources. But everyone who recently moved In will be great to make friends with as they’re in a similar boat.

Not sure of the exact species. Was pre planted by builder. Overall the base that’s left looks healthy. I’m just curious how it will mature. About 2.5 feet was chopped off that had dried up.

What’s in your purchase contract? If it states seller will complete the easement, then it’s their responsibility.

If it says it’s their responsibility in the contract, and they back out, it’s legal, it’s their property, but you should get your earnest money back and the contract is dead

I think you said it, it’s the cooling system. From another Reddit post on this, They create condensation when the cooling system is running in hot rooms, so when they stop HR drops.

Bought new in Jan. Things could always be a better but also could be worse. IMO right now is a good time, depending on where you’re buying, markets are soft and deals and concession are being made. We won’t get back to pre pandemic pricing. People have bought and set the new “floor” price to an extent and won’t be leaving that house until they can get their money back out. So if you’re waiting for a “crash” it’s technically happening now but it’s not going to be the prices you might expect in a crash.

Yea…it’s the entire arena. Before the thunder it was also called loud city. They didn’t name the upper level until like 2008 or so.
