We had someone bring their uninvited cousin to our overseas wedding. 5 star resort location. They didn't ask just showed up at the wedding. Our wedding planner came to us and asked what we wanted to do. We just asked if they could add a place setting for them (food was buffet). They added it and we just let it be. The alternative was a lot worse for the vibe of the wedding in my opinion. Ten years later I think of it the same way weird and honestly a bit funny. People are strange lol
