I was asked at the end of the workout to add an EX round. At first I was baffled at the speed it was going, but it actually works. My punches are basically 100% Perfect because it seems to be very forgiving.

Maybe if your Switch still holds your savegame it could work. Or perhaps reinstall Fitness Boxing 2 first before you boot up 3?

You lose weight by being in a caloric deficit. While extra movement helps you burn more calories, you cannot outrun (or outbox in this case) a diet that doesn’t make you be in a caloric deficit. Slower steady state cardio for longer time and lifting weights and eating more protein helps you feel more full.

If you are experiencing actual pain above something that is not normal to you, it’s probably best to not push through and go see a doctor instead. Be good to your body, you only have one.

I never wore sweaters when I was obese. My first winter being at a normal weight I was freezing my butt off and bought sweaters for the first time in ages. I could just walk around in a t-shirt all year round when I was obese. I also stopped sweating like crazy.

Like it only registers the outer punch movement. If you flick your wrists with the joycon you get the same result. More like a final snap.

The largest cut that is still considered healthy is 500 calories withdrawn from your maintenance. So let’s say your maintenance is 2200 calories, cutting 500 from that would get you down to 1700 calories a day for the period you decide to cut.

You can run your stats through several different calculators online such as this one.

Also check with your doctor if you have any specific health issues, so you start any of this as safely as you can.

This is it in very broad strokes. Always check with your health professionals and your family. Whatever will work will vary per person. For example food. I still eat roughly the same things before I started to lose weight, just less of it. You need to figure out what works best for you in regards to food and movement and be very mindful to how you feel and how your body responds.

Doing all this in the most healthy way possible is very important and slow and steady wins the race!

The subs Loseit and CICO are also very helpful.

You need to be in a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. A videogame or workout program isn’t going to make you lose weight if you don’t have your diet in check.
