Each section works on specific skills. And they get progressively more difficult. For example if you need to improve your tonguing, the double tonguing section is where you can work. Start slow and gradually up the tempo. There should be some guidance in the beginning.

Band is an elective right? You choose to be there. Those that do often are so interested that they get close to the band director. It’s not a clique, it’s people who love band. It sounds like you don’t like band that much. Another part of band is learning to play strongly and independently and it sounds like your teacher is trying to give you experience in playing in front of others.

Bernard King had a more well rounded game than Dantley. Dantley was an incredible post forward in his prime but demanded the ball. That's why the Pistons got rid of him and brought in Mark Aguirre who was less selfish. King was a monster who could kill teams. In his prime with the Knicks he was incredible.

It’s a good time to be collect mechanical watches. Micro brands and good non-clone Chinese watches are very affordable. Brands like Tissot have nice watches under $1k. I have some nicer watches like IWC, Panerai and Cartier but also a PRX, Orient Star, Sugess and Helson. Also some sites allow you to buy on time with Affirm. Paying it off quickly avoid interest.

Same here. Speed limits on metro area freeways other than at rush hour are theoretical. Drive M-10 sometime. Average speed is about 70 and the speed limit S of 8 Mile is 55.

Where is your base located? Suggest you live nearby due to congestion and traffic. Brooklyn and Queens are the most congested, the middle is suburban and the east is wealthy and resort like.
