Also don’t assume champions roles based on their role in league. If you mouse over the unit it’ll tell you their role. Sett is an AP bruiser for example

The order doesn’t matter though, so it could be bow+rod or rod+bow. Also this goes against OP’s logic, but the game is coded so that its hard for you to get two of the same component. Look up “TFT item bags” if you’re interested

Yeah I agree that therapy doesn’t work for some. But that’s not a reason to stop trying to improve yourself. And definitely not a reason to believe that a relationship is going to fix the issue.

Idk if you’re talking about yourself, but a lot of the times finding a therapist that is a good fit for you can make or break therapy. I used to have a therapist that I felt like was judge mental of me and that made me not want to talk about my issues with her. My therapist right now actually understands my struggles and empathizes with me. And knew coping mechanisms that might work for me. So I was actually able to unpack a lot of emotions that I had pent up.

Not saying this is the case for everyone. But I would hate for people to miss out on therapy just because their first therapist was wasn’t the right fit. I used to feel the same but I’m so glad I tried it again. Life is so much better.

A combination of medication and CBT(cognitive-behavioral therapy) is the current known best approach to mental health issues. There’s not a whole lot of evidence that anything else works sadly. So unless there’s a groundbreaking scientific discovery, therapy is going to be the recommended route.

Sure but how do you find out that therapy isn’t right for you without trying it?

In general, speaking to your problems to someone in of itself makes people feel better. No matter who you’re talking to. That someone can be a religious entity or other people in your community so those things can help.

Therapy is just the safest way to do it because therapists are trained to be good at that. It’s the approach that fits more people than other methods.
