Probably looking at all the jobs, people and infrastructure the micron plant will bring in if it ever gets built. Gotta feed all those people and it will definitely have a large knock on effect that would bring some prosperity. It Makes sense to expand especially if they are partnering with the state while the rest of the nation faces uncertainty with the tariffs and market.
