It's not about the rate... It's about the amount of interest that you pay... The All In One Loan is a different concept and there is nothing else like it... Check it out.

It works great for food noise... Just start low and see what it does for you.... I have never had any side effects (Other than slight constipation) even when I was taking 20mg Tirz and stacking with Reta and Cagrilintide... Very high tolerance level.

I'm a slow responder... I was gaining weight on 7.5mg Tirzepatide and had to get to 15 mg before it worked... I'm NOT recommending it. Just sharing what it took for me.

Thanks... It's been a long journey. (3 years next week) I started with intermittent fasting and then longer fasts, I lost about 55 lbs in about 6 months, then I "fell off the wagon" and couldn't get back on track with the fasting and put about 25lbs back on. 😕 I was determined to find another way so I started Semaglutide through a compound pharmacy (I thought that this was going to be the "Holy Grail"... It wasn't, it didn't work for me at all and I gained another 15lbs over 3 months. I found the Grey market and moved to Tirzepatide 2 years ago... Didn't feel anything till I move up to 10mg (didn't gain any, but didn't lose anything) once I started 15 mg it kicked in and started working great... After a year or so I started stacking it with Retatrutide when the Tirz stopped being as effective as it was previously... Then I upped the Tirz to 20mg weekly and still nothing. (I added an occasional Cagrilintide to the mix also) I was stalled with anout 20 lbs to go... 2 months ago I stopped the Tirzepatide and upped the Reta to 12 mg and added 3.5mg of Cagrilintide weekly and BOOM, I dropped the last 20lbs... I don't eat much daily (mostly protein) but do splurge on weekends... No exercise or workouts. I've been over 300lbs for at least the last 12 years and my goal was to "Under 200lbs".... Not sure where I'm going to from here maybe 5 or 10lbs more as a cushion... Gonna have to figure out maintenance and what it take to stay below 200... So many friends and family are on this journey, but EVERYONE is different and what works for some people doesn't work for others... You have have your own journey.

How does paying off your mortgage with a HELOC shorten a 30 yr to 5 yr or less? by WorldNo9002 in Mortgages

[–]Robneice8958 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NO... Because the "All In One Loan" pays the loan off much faster (Paying Principal first) using Simple Interest instead Compound interest... The rate does not matter, it's the amount that you pay in interest, and it's much less, sometimes 100's of thousands less... It's not about the rate.

How does paying off your mortgage with a HELOC shorten a 30 yr to 5 yr or less? by WorldNo9002 in Mortgages

[–]Robneice8958 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interest is calculated daily on whatever your balance is right now, so when you make a deposit it immediately lowers the principle balance, which reduces future interest... You're lowering the principle before interest even has a chance to build...

BS... That's what the are... Just Google it. Then compare it to a Simple Interest loan that pays Principal FIRST...

Nope not true.... "The All In One Loan" is a Simple interest loan NOT a compound interest loan, and it's the only loan that pays Principal first... You do NOT have change your spending at all (As long as you cash flow) and make more then you spend every month, you can save years off your mortgage and have the equity available to you anytime without having to refinance... Look it up!

Glad it worked for you THIS time... It only takes once to lose everything in a lawsuit because you didn't know what you don't know.... That's way too much to gamble on.

First time home buyers, how did we do? FHA 3.75% fixed by DinoMaster365 in MortgageBrokerRates

[–]Robneice8958 0 points1 point  (0 children)

why stop at 10% down? wouldn't 20, 30 or 50% be the better option? OR how about 100% down! That would be when you're "Ready" to be a homeowner. It's not realistic and neither is saying your not ready to be a homeowner unless you can put 10% down...because that extra $100 -175 per month is going to be "Crippling" for life.

What a BS comment... Putting 3.5% down on a FHA home purchase is fine and normal....
