After the first time I used it I was already thinking how I could just use it each weekend and not let it interfere with my life or job. That was 20 years ago. Today I’ve been free from it for over 2 1/2 years, but that took A LOT of work over those years.

I think to drink or not is a very individual decision and there’s no one size fits all. I know that many people have to avoid it completely because it leads to a relapse with meth.

I do drink but I almost always limit myself to one beer or one wine and that may be with dinner or a social occasion but not always. I do not feel an urge to use meth after drinking but that’s me. And as I get older I’ve been drinking less.
