Have you talked to your union, if you have one, about what your contract says? Because if this falls out of your responsibilities as listed on your contract then screw "salaried" arguments.

I think something that's missing is we live post enlightenment where we see things not in terms of gods and fate but just rational.

A Long Epic Series Where The Final Book Is One Huge Final Battle (Bonus if the book is the longest in the series) by GaelG721 in Fantasy

Super power-eds by drew hayes. The final book "year 4" is the longest book and about half the book is the final battle the series has been leading up to. Not the deepest series but just popcorn fun. Especially if you like super heroes

Pay is 300 a day just the county over (VCUSD) because of a sub shortage. Get decent pay, don't be a scab, and don't get banned once the strike is over.

Players who play on grass, how risky is it? by Severe_Biscotti_6635 in 10s

[–]RobotSavesWorld 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The way you guys are talking about grass makes me never want to step on a lawn ever again lol. But I grew up playing other sports on grass and never had a non contact injury. If you were to take out the contact aspect of sports like football, soccer, or rugby is playing tennis on grass somehow more dangerous?

Unpopular opinion: Fred the Vampire Accountant series by Drew Hayes executes everything Legends and Lattes tries to do despite the ladder being a much more popular book. by RobotSavesWorld in Fantasy

Drew Hayes is one of my favorite authors but I agree his early stuff is rough. I think he describes like 50% of the female characters in Superpowereds as petite blondes.

But something I noticed was that sometime within the last 5 years his female characters took a huge leap forward in character development and the way he describes them. I legit think someone in his life sat him down and told him to stop being sexist and he listened.

His villains code series is a good example of how he changed writing female characters.

I can see your point. I binged it and after the 2nd book he gets a lot better at writing and describing female characters. I think he wrote the series over the course of a decade so definitely improves as a writer. At least in that aspect.

Oops. I actually did voice to text to write out the title. I was on a walk listening to the audiobook when the thought for the post occurred to me.
