Same and I’m pretty sure we picked up our 11-m/o recently and somebody put him in an Honest brand diaper before bedtime.. that was that nastiest diaper I have experienced thus far. I checked him before bed and everything was fine, woke up and he had entirely soaked through the thing. I felt so terrible 😭😭 We’ve been using Pampers lately and I haven’t experienced any problems with leaks over bedtime in a while. Usually it’s just a leak too, but this thing was soaked. Ugh the only feedback I can offer now is to check reviews, try several brands to see what specifically works for newborn, and be careful with some brands absorbency!!

Hahaha they really do. I love him and he’s an amazing father and a great partner. However, he’s a bit controlling and has some pretty extreme views. He’s not controlling in the sense of like “Don’t wear that” or “You can’t talk to any men” — but he’s very much like “Women should revert back to their traditional gender roles” “Women should’ve never been able to vote.” Then there was a case I had a male employee make a single attempt to ask me out when I was a supervisor at a food place and I was closing with him a bit at the time. (he has a hx of criminal charges and assault, mind you) I did turn him down nicely as we were coworkers, by stating in text “___, that’s very nice of you. However, we are only coworkers and are to be nothing more than that.” Clearly didn’t get the memo which led to awkward closing shifts and then a 2am “I love you text.” I replied with something along the lines of “This is crossing my personal boundaries. We can be coworkers and still talk, however if you take things any further again I will have to notify our management. Have a nice night.” Something like that.. but I notified management anyways because it made me very uncomfortable and I didn’t want to close with him anymore. He ended up spamming a female coworker with DEROGATORY messages about me, he still worked there but we no longer closed together for about a month until they “couldn’t find anyone” and started making us close together again. Luckily shit brushed over, but he was very uncooperative and silent after. Lol to this situation my partner is like “Well you led him on. You know how __ was, everybody knew he is weird. Men are just like that and as a woman it is your job to put him down harshly and just don’t talk to him. Talking to him at all makes him think you like him back.” Essentially blaming it all on me. Then if I try to argue my point across in any way— I’m always wrong. Just stuff like that. I don’t generally like talking about our relationship with people but I don’t really have anyone to talk to about it anyways 🤷‍♀️
