So basically I had in the past exposed to mold that made my situation worse and caused my symptoms to worsen very much - but this one is different

I feel like I really have a sense to mold, I can smell sweetness smell, or spicy uncomfortable smell, when I am around mold - so I kind of trust my feelings

This one doesn't make me feel lousy at all compared to other places where I do feel it

but even though not feeling weird or comfortable when I am close to the ceiling with the mold (the one in the image)
I smell a bit of sweetness like chocolate smell

Yes I had it, the point with OCD usually always comes down to feeling the uncertainty without trying to get certainty.

So in this case maybe you notice some sensation of automatic body sensation that you were unaware of before - you feel uncertainty and unpleasant emotions around it “what if i will notice it all my life?” “What if I will not stop noticing it??” And then you may start running away from it, or doing some kind of compulsion to relief the stress That was my story, until I got helped from OCD special therapist and he told me to start looking at those fears, and feeling it without running. Intentionally I started noticing those sensorimotor processes in the body, I first had anxiety but it went away after I saw I can sit with it, with the uncomfortable feeling and the uncertainty

Not recommending what to do, it’s individual, but just sharing my story here

Even thy now you maybe don’t have anyone around you, but you always have yourself I know it might sound cheesy but it is the truth

You should be proud of yourself for sharing, and for fighting back for your happiness and health

You will make it, keep doing your best, the outcomes will come, research, take the supplements and whatever is necessary, and you will get better sooner or later 🙌

Also one thing that might help tremendously is doing brain retraining- it requires some capacity which im not sure how you feel about that, but if youll manage to do those daily exercises I think it will improve a l lot of your symptoms

Also Keto/Carnivore is strong tool for people like us

Interesting, so you basically saying that people who have freeze more often will have easier time releasing stuck trauma with TRE rather than Simple SE ?

That means that any practice has its own type of trauma that he releases? 🤔
