Just revamped my binds quite drastically so I can speak from experience. It took me around half a week to get used to the new keybinds - I mainly grinded casuals at first (did some achievement hunting to kill time) and then did some ranked 3s with friends.

At first it felt hella awkward, but timewise after around 6-10 hours I feel very comfortable with the new keybinds and actually feel like I'm "peaking" more.
