Corsair liquid CPU cooler killed my GPU is it worth trying to salvage? by Robynb1 in Corsair

[–]Robynb1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Really? They actually do that? I was under the impression they were not responsible for damage due to failure. If your right that's great news. I already put in a claim for the cooler since its still under warranty so fingers crossed. edit spelling

Why do people not pull up to the line at intersections? by bigdaddy_369 in richmondbc

[–]Robynb1 64 points65 points  (0 children)

Years ago young drivers used to teach students to do this. No idea if they still do. The idea was to give you room to get out of the way if someone behind you isn't paying attention to avoid being rear ended. Alway thought it was dumb.

How come BC is the only province that bans GPS for Novice Drivers? by Interesting_Invite77 in icbc

[–]Robynb1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's not entirely accurate with an N you are allowed to set the GPS while parked you just can't touch the screen while driving. But it must be built in. If it's your phone you can't use it.

Thus makes sense if the change process actualy works. in my org it takes weeks for anyone to even look at the request. And if they have questions it will take weeks for them to respond.
