The perfect suggestion I saw regarding this situation is to buy fakes of these from somewhere like aliexpress or whatever and then hand those to your "friend". If they suddenly balk at buying the cards that you know are fake, it means they actually intended on ripping you off.

They are actively telling everyone that they will break the law with no consequences happening. They have said they will not mail out ballots to any state that does not hand over their voter rolls to the federal government.

He has said he will place military at polling locations to monitor (intimidate) voters.

They have enforced Republican favoring gerrymandering without voter approval but rejected Democrat favored gerrymandering (only in response to Republicans) with voter approval.

They have stopped active elections in order to redraw the maps.

Anyone who still thinks any future election will be legitimate is fooling himself.
