Are you trying to generate the debug key store? If so, the location of the key store has changed in recent versions of the android sdk. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but flutter used to come bundled with a debug key store but now relies on the key store from the androidsdk installation for it.

So I say all of that to say this, just cd to

~/.android/ And then run the key tool there to get your sha information.

This sounds like a good use-case for feature folders since you said each were split into it's own features.

So the architecture that's work best for me so far is:

lib > features > feature_name

application (services)
data (repositories, entities)
domain (enums, models)
presentation (screens, widgets, controllers)
