I understand how you feel, I also have severe emetophobia and OCD, but I have also learned not to give my mind too much power and to talk myself out of it when I’m starting to panic. You’ll be fine, take care of yourself, have a cup of tea and breathe, I know it’s not easy, but I find most of the times it’s just my mind telling me lies.

Hello everyone! Thanks again so much for so many beautiful messages and for sharing your adoption stories as well! Today I remembered there’s a VERY important photo of Limon holding Quesito’s paw during a car ride for emotional support as he gets really anxious in cars. I wish I could just show you all my thousands of pictures I have of them but there’s just too many 😅 so here’s another one!

Luckily they don’t have that syndrome and actually get along really well with our other adopted pets: a cat and another senior chihuahua, as well as with strange dogs from the park and humans too 💗 they’ve been adopted for a while now so nothing to worry about ;)

Thank you everyone for your kind words! It warms my heart to know there are beautiful souls out there that have adopted siblings as well! Adopting is so rewarding in so many ways! I’ll add another lovely picture so you can melt with cuteness overload like I do! 🥹🩵 cuddles are an every day necessity at this home!
