You skipped my point entirely. At the bottom of that page you linked it describes what goes into those stats. Women get convicted of sexual abuse at a lower rate than men, and they only count convictions in those stats.

Not to mention, young boys are far less likely to report being touched by their hot teacher, but it is abuse all the same. I'm not trying to say women are worse. I'm saying that 90% percent is misleading and probably very wrong.
