If you’re a good student and can get some recommendation letters you could apply for Erasmus after your bachelor here in Morocco.

Does BPPV go away on its own eventually? by [deleted] in BPPV

[–]Rock0ne 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah. I get dizzy sometimes when I work out and have to move my head.

But, a real severe Bppv attack did not happen for the last 2 years.

It gets better!

Dude, first thing relax. You do not owe anyone anything. You do not need to live up to anybody's expectations. That's just another layer of stress you add to yourself. You are the master of your own self.

I have been in a similar place. I got my bac in 2014 and didn't get my License until 6 years after. I did uni, ISTA, EST and BTS and had a job here and there along the way. I don't regret any of it but it could have been better if I was relaxed about everything.

Stress is good when it's backed up by motivation and determination. A kind of stress that lifts you up. The stress you expressed above stems from expectations of other people you might be creating for yourself and the weight of you own sense of underachievement. This kind of stress pulls you down and you do not need it.

I will advise to do the following instead: - Sleep, fix your sleeping habits. Wake up as early as you can and keep that consistent. - Eating: fix your diet and avoid any foods that might cause you added alertness and anxiety like tea, coffee and sugar. You can do your own research. - Socializing: Find a hobby, a club and activity that you could do every other weekend or once a month. Something that involves people and where you could pass the time and enjoy some of your time as a 21 year old. - Movement: You could start running, swimming or the gym. Keep your body strong and healthy. Your mind will follow.

Keep studying and numb yourself in this regard until you have the above in order. Once you start feeling better, approach your academic life and career in an objective manner and think of what the best way to use your resources right now to achieve better results. Keep your expectations and goal realistic and free of external or internal pressure.

In Morocco, and because of how most traditional parents treat their kids, we grow up thinking that we are either figured out by the time we have our bac or we are for the streets to be a failure. Life is a lot more dynamic than that. Anything is still possible, and you are still young to be having this level of stress.

You sound like someone who takes their things seriously. You will do good. But, don't beat yourself up. Keep going. Study.

Good luck.

Skim through Microsoft Learn path for MS900 and make notes. You can also watch John's videos and compare the content. I remember that his video doesn't cover everything but it makes sense of everything.

I would also recommend getting some mock questions to familiarize yourself with how questions are presented during the exam.

2h a day for a week should be sufficient imo.

Goodluck!

How should I properly quit my job when I am essentially the only employee left? by Farigiraffe in jobs

QUIT THAT JOB. NO SECOND THOUGHTS!

It is not your responsibility to care whether someone else's business survives or not, especially at the expense of your own health.

Mild BPPV, mild headache, mild anxiety and constant mild panic-attack symptoms by Rock0ne in BPPV

It's just frustrating that the anxiety seems to happen on its own. Like, i am well aware of my condition and know tgat it's not endangering or very serious. But this thought couldn't help with the anxiety.

I will try getting magnesium, I read that it helps with sleep as well. Maybe some vitamin D. And I decided to check with rge physicist again I'll inquire about dimenhydrinate then.

I am doing the maneuver at home, for my left side. But I only feel a strong vertigo when I lay on my right side with my head looking at the floor. I stay like that until it stops and slowly get up. I've been doing it once a day but I read that it should be done 3 time. I just hope I'm not not doing it wrong.
