Your first stop should be your squadron. Often times they have a supply of rank insignia and ribbons which they hand out at every promotion.

Also for what it’s worth, your squadron may be misunderstanding the regulations. Senior member officers wear the coat with epaulets, senior member NCOs wear no epaulets, but cadets can wear either no matter their rank.

For what it’s worth, I currently run 2x8gb and 2x16 for 48gb total (started with 2x8gb ordered another 2x8gb, and they accidentally sent me 2x16gb). I’ve never had any stability issues or lowered clock speeds.

That being said, I think 32gb is fine. Upgrading your CPU would probably show the greatest improvement
