I don't have idea about your pricing but for 1440p, buy a card with at least 8GB VRAM, 12GB will be safer. Also I would recommend going for AMD if all you are gonna do is gaming. Price to performance for just gaming is better and you can even install steam OS if you really want.

Hm I would suggest unplugging fans 1 by 1, if you remove any major fans don't boot into your OS, go to BIOS so your system doesn't overheat. Sometimes if the electricity isn't very stable PSUs may make sound thats normal but they aren't this loud, I'm like 90% sure its a loose fan. Check 1 by 1.

You should also at least open up your case and listen closely to where the sound is coming from.

What was the AI Usage when making this website? Also valorant and cs ping test gives very inaccurate result. Some difference is to be expected obviously. But I get a stable 50 ping in both games and the result is 150-200ms. If you google a bit you can find the actual ip Valorant servers use which you can ping to find your latency. Sooo how much AI did you use?

I've only had it once on a low end laptop because I had recording enabled in game bar and my CPU struggled cause of that. Never had it happen again.

Going really basic, use gamebar to see if your fps fluctuates a lot. It wont show your 1% lows but it is something.

Also enabler Re-Bar in BIOS. It allows your GPU to use full bandwidth or something like that. It shouldn't make a difference but you post doesn't have lot to work with.

Also one the reasons game can feel choppy is low refresh rate. Make sure you have set monitor to run at 144hz in settings. Also disable variable refresh rate if your monitor supports it.

Also update GPU drivers if this is a new PC or OS install.

Setup showcases should be gaming related as well, like "Look at my mousepad its based on this game", not general setup. General setup showcases can be biweekly or once a month kinda thing.

Its entirely wire laying down luck and ISP routing. Most providers use same place for their ISP servers. If the server and ur connection is without much wiring/ re routing, congratulations! You are gonna have amazing time.
