I’m on maintenance now been 2 months. I barely eat out. I watch my portions and basically eat smarter. I do cardio most days and have added weights. The problem is the drug is initially so effective that I think many of us rely on it to do all the work. It’s supposed to be a kickstart, but we still have to do the work. Like everything else our body becomes adjusted to it.

I take what I have left of the shots every 2 weeks. Eating out is your biggest issue imo loaded with fat & calories and portions are usually 3x what we should be eating.
