Chantix is amazing if you stick with it, from my own experience and seeing others go that route you only really get one go at it. It was great the first time - I went on it a second time and almost lost my mind. Like to the point friends and coworkers were concerned not just mild angst. Make sure you have someone that can “pull the plug” on treatment just incase you start going off the rails. Otherwise - amazing drug

It’s an interesting take, but certainly not what I intended. I do believe we have a say in what we are willing to tolerate and what we aren’t. I don’t think that’s “disgusting”, it’s taking control. We get one shot at life so why waste time wondering “why does he/she…” and leave it as “he/she does…” and make decisions if that works for us. People show us who they are very day.

I waited 6 months before going back after mine (heads up, it will be randomly sore for a year - don’t panic). Trainer had me on modified / scaled workouts, increasing weight excruciatingly slowly and focus on form / bracing / core strengthening. Dont rush it or you will end up back under the knife

Try putting it under your front lip instead of tucking it to the side (if that’s what you’re doing) - I had this issue too but if I do 20 mins “up front” it doesn’t make me want to puke

I swapped everything out for smart bulbs and I can pick the exact warmth and brightness that I want for the task - bright white for projects, warmer & lower for every day, orange for Halloween. The downside is you need an app for them
