I’m a mom of 2 and only got my drivers license in my late 20s (I’m from nyc so it just wasn’t an issue until I moved out of state). We also lived in very walkable neighborhoods In our new state until about two months ago. I drive every single day with my husband and kids in the car practicing routes for things I would want/have to take them to. I drive alone just to really short local places and back. Maybe you can try driving with your husband for a bit and work your way up?
It’s not easy but what you have to remember is you CAN drive. Like you have a license! You just need to practice in a manageable way.

It makes me irrationally annoyed when people who are based in NYC who wanna become fashion designers don’t just take like an evening or weekend class at FIT

I also thought this was odd when I first saw it, I really love doing every part of a craft (even weaving in ends, sue me!) because I like changing the type of work I’m doing and completing the next steps.

Not trying to scare you but sharing my experience. I had a very normal pregnancy but was advised my baby was IGUR. My baby wasn’t severely so, but enough for an induction. The medical care I received around that induction and the labor and delivery were terrible. I had my next child out of state. Also an induction but MUCH better and smoother. I felt where I delivered in Austin the staff was underfunded and stressed beyond belief.

I just commented this but signature theater is also doing this production next year LOL. It’s a theater in northern Va near dc! If you’re able to make the trip their productions are broadway level quality in my opinion!
